Philip Healy
Managing Director
Philip started RT Consulting in 2006, with a desire to bring employers and brokers the right human resources management tools to improve efficiency, compliance, employee health, navigation, and advocacy. He has almost 25 years of experience in employee benefits. Philip has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and entrepreneurial studies from Babson College and is a licensed producer in the lines of Accident, Health & Life, and Property & Casualty insurance in more than 40 states. Philip also serves as a board member, advisor, and investor in several companies.
Vinnie Daboul
Managing Director
Vinnie has been in the Health & Welfare space for over 30 years. He entered the world of Employee Benefits in 1987, as a Group Underwriter for MassMutual Life Insurance. During the past 31 years he has held various management positions with both Insurance Companies and a bank owned insurance agency, Vinnie oversaw the growth and development of the US Employee Benefit Practice for TD insurance.
He brings his clients expertise in underwriting, benefits design, alternative risk solutions talent acquisition and benefits strategic planning. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at The University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Karyn Barretto
Vice President, Operations
Karyn has worked with RT Consulting since the company was founded. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, plan and program administration, customer service, finance, budgeting, program management and more. Karyn has worked in employee benefits for almost 30 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics, and is a licensed producer in the lines of Accident, Health & Life insurance.
